Winmorph
Winmorph will let you create a movie turning one image into another. Imagine a person’s face turning into a car! If you follow these instructions carefully then it will work. 1. Open Winmorph from the start menu. 2. Create a new morph project (File menu, new). 3. Select any two of your images (browse and double click). Your images will now appear in the main window. If they are zoomed in too far then use the drop down list on the tool bar to zoom out. Now we have to match up key features, the more you match up the better your morph will look. 4. Click on one of the drawing tools (E.g. circle) and drag it around a key feature (E.g. eye) on one of the images. A circle will appear on the other image, but in the wrong place. 5. Click on the move tool (looks like two arrows overlapping) and drag the shape to the correct place on the second image. Finally its time to create your movie file. 6. Press F3 on the keyboard to choose where to save your movie. 7. Click browse and select MPEG-1 from the “Save as type” drop down list. 8. Type a filename for your movie and click “save” (My Documents). 9. Select low from the “warp precision” drop down list and then press “okay” 10.Press F7 to create your movie. It will take a few minutes to create and then open up automagically in Media Player. Well done!
Now experiment with different images, matching up more key features, and playing with other features of the software like the render options or warping.
